Introduction on Notarization and Legalization

Requirements

A. Documents must be notarized by local notary public;

B. The notarial documents must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Barbados;

C. The documents must be glutted with a seal of the notary public and be submitted to the Embassy with a photocopy of the documents;

D. One completed Legalization Application Form;

E. Make payment when collecting the documents from the Embassy. 

Notes

A. Withdrawal or decline of application shall not be refunded.

B. Failure to meet the above procedural and/or documentation requirements may result in delay of the processing, decline or return of applications to the sender.

C. If the documents are to be collected in person, the "pick up form" must be shown.

D. The Embassy only accepts applications from Barbados.
